At NK AESTHETICS, we aim to deliver your order safely, securely, and as quickly as possible across Pakistan.

Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, our team may contact you to confirm your order before dispatch.
An order is considered confirmed once it has been successfully verified by our team.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time within Pakistan is generally 3–5 business days after dispatch. However, delivery may take longer due to:

Public holidays
Weather conditions
Unexpected courier delays
Remote-area deliveries
Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer
Situations beyond our control

Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Charges

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout or communicated to the customer before order confirmation, depending on the order and applicable offer.

Any free-shipping promotion is subject to the terms and minimum order value specified during the promotional period.

Address & Contact Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, active phone number, and other required information.

NK AESTHETICS will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable contact information provided by the customer.

If an order has already been dispatched, any additional delivery attempt or re-shipping cost caused by incorrect information or customer unavailability may be charged to the customer.

Refused or Unreceived Orders

If a customer refuses to accept a confirmed COD order without a valid reason, NK AESTHETICS reserves the right to restrict or refuse future COD orders from that customer.

Repeated failed deliveries or intentional refusal of orders may result in the customer being required to pay shipping costs in advance for future orders.

Damaged or Tampered Parcels

Customers are advised to inspect the parcel at the time of delivery.

If the package appears open, severely damaged, leaking, or tampered with, please do not accept the parcel where possible and immediately contact our Customer Service team.

If you accept a visibly damaged or tampered parcel, please report the issue to us immediately with clear photographic or video evidence.
